They sent couple professional guys ( well they didn't cover their shoes tho, but it aint deal breaker ), explained to me everything, moved my furniture around so they can dried everything in basement. Told me that my carpet still in a good condition, where it can be use again just need to be clean properly. They came and checked daily in the AM, called me 30 min before arriving. Overall, I'm very happy with their professionalism. Cleaned up everything and even willing to move the furniture again after they put everything back. Good job!! A+ in my book !!
We had a puff out from our unvented propane gas fireplace on our bottom floor. Our house is 4200 sq ft, and the soot covered every inch of the walls, ceilings, carpeting, appliances, etc. I have never heard of this problem before, but we were very pleased with the quality, professionalism, responsiveness of all the crew members! It has taken 4 months, and we stayed in the house while renovations were being done. So, we witnessed first hand what Service/Master by Angler is all about! All of the management teams and crew members took care of all the details for us. Not a problem with communication or in scheduling appointments for the different crew members! They were very courteous....hard working...very professional, including the sub contractors that were called to do certain jobs. Our house is like a masterpiece now...couldn't be more satisfied and proud of their work. We have no complaints with your company. I would recommend them to my family and friends. Our experience with your company has been a very good one. We had no idea what to expect, but your crew came in and set our minds at ease! Everyone was so personable and polite! The quality of the different jobs done was good too. We had a problem with our windows at first, but you resolved it over time. Everything looks beautiful, Angie! The ServiceMaster team came to help with salvaging items after the memorial day tornados did a fantastic job. They arrived on-site early because they knew it was going to be raining and wanted to make sure my items were pulled into dry spots. They worked very quickly and were in and out in and the house for clean before I knew it. They also made sure to help and find a retainer which if lost would have cost me 7 thousands of dollars to replace in total. The ServiceMaster team made the process as easy as I could have seen it going and they made it very hands-off for me which was nice while I was dealing with insurance. Hopefully, the scenario does not happen again where I will need your service. But if I do I will be calling ServiceMaster by Angler.

Angler replaced a gable vent for me that a raccoon had torn up. On budget, on schedule and did a very good job replacing and painting the vent. Looks like new.
Very professional crew. They are all about customer service at Angler. Communication was great, calling or texting me when they were coming or if they needed to access the house while we were out. Covered wood floor each day as they walked in and out of the house during our basement finishing project. Friendly and most importantly TRUSTWORTHY. My wife and I were a little nervous letting people into our home that we didn't know well. Once I got to know the quality of the workers, I had no reservations letting them be at my home while I was out. Asked every day for my opinion on the quality of their work. Job turned out awesome!

We were quite fortunate to have a fantastic team working on our two level flood. They took a thourogh approach to removal, remediation, drying and were super great with communication and being prompt. Professional and caring treatment by all the workers with exceptional leadership from Chris. He was excellent to deal with, showing concern, compassion and was truly helpful. Paul, on the other hand, was not as helpful, he talked a good game, but had little follow through. The crew; however, did an outstanding job with cleaning, packing, storing and returning items and furniture. They were very helpful and understanding in our hour of need.
